1. Experienced HVAC/R Service Techs

Position Summary:

Provide service and maintenance on residential/commercial HVAC systems according to company standards. Ability to perform diagnosis on HVAC equipment and repair the equipment or make a recommendation to replace the equipment. Communicate with service coordinator, sales, and customers in a clear and concise manner, both verbal and written. Punctuality and professionalism are essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience making repair and replace decisions
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs in the performance of duties
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have proof of all certifications
  • EPA Certification

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience
  • NATE certification is preferred
  • Brazing Certification
  • Must own basic tools of the trade

2. Commercial Foreman

We have an IMMEDIATE opening for an HVAC Construction Foreman/Superintendent in the central I-5 corridor area. This position will assist in the management and organization of an HVAC construction. The construction environment will require a “hands on leader” that will be able to supervise as well as perform the installation of duct work and HVAC systems when needed.

Technical Requirements:

  • Plan and coordinate crews with tasks to be performed and monitor performance
  • Knowledge of HVAC duct configurations and the airflow impact
  • Experience with sheet metal and flexible duct systems
  • Understand submittal data and construction documents
  • Comprehension of equipment installation and operations manuals
  • Ability to read and comprehend construction blue prints
  • Knowledge of HVAC start up procedures and troubleshooting
  • Understand how to ask for help when needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a construction foreman/superintendent
  • Experience working on multifamily construction environment & light commercial buildings
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a harsh environment, exposed to the elements, with physical activity
  • Good organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work with people from different backgrounds
  • Proven ability to supervise, lead and develop others
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Must be a team player

3. Residential Installers

We have openings for experienced Residential Installers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and an excellent team player and is looking for a career opportunity not a job. We are looking for people of integrity with a good attitude who fit into our culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation of gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
  • Assemble and install duct work, frequently work overhead using power tools and work off ladders and lifts
  • Able to work in crawl spaces and attics
  • Ability to communicate well, with team members and customers
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Complete all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, and thorough manner
  • Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used and maintained properly

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HVAC work experience or technical training
  • Must own your own tools generally used by the trade
  • Must have proof of all certifications
  • Able to understand and follow instructions written and spoken in English
  • Be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens and a pre-employment background check.
  • Must have a driver’s license and insurable driving record

Desired Qualifications:
