A History of Making you Comfortable

Family owned and operated for two generations. We love being part of this community. As far back as 1980 we've been helping our neighbors with their heating and cooling needs. To some it may seem old fashioned, but we put the customer first.

Carrier fad

We stand behind our work

We've worked hard to meet the rigorous standards required to become a factory authorized dealer of Carrier products. This means you can have confidence in our staff, our product, and our methods. For more information, read about Carrier's factory authorized dealer program.

Our chartitable contributions

We love animals so much. There's a cat in each of our offices. Our cats are as much a part of our family, as our employees. We also contribute to animal shelters, spay and neuter clinics, and adoption programs. It's a rough world out there for our feline friends, so we take every oportunity to lend a helping hand, and a chin scratch.

We love being a part of our community

There's just something special about Oregon. Maybe it's the 363 miles of beautiful Pacifc coastline, or world class wilderness areas like Crater Lake, or salmon filled rivers that flow through the state. It could be those things. But we think it's the people. Just like you, we work and live in the special neighborhoods that make up our great state. We shop at the same stores and farmer's markets. We play at the same dunes, hike the same trails, and complain about the same rain.

We're your neighbors. And just like you, we want to protect what makes our home great.
